: (1) The executive director shall submit the annual report of the fund's activities to the committee within 6 months from the end of each financial year and a copy of the report passed by the committee shall be submitted by the executive director to the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Executive Director shall publicly publish the annual report of the fund as mentioned in sub-section (1) with the approval of the committee.
